- It's important to use the original Type-C cable to recharge the device.
- The maximum charging time is approx 27 minutes. Do not over-charge.
- The first power adjustable pod vape device with 3-level power adjustment (need to be used with Infinity 2 pod).
Engraving Service Terms & Conditions
- The engraving area is approx. 40x10mm on the front of the device.
- The default engraving color is silver/gray.
- Your message will be engraved exactly (Punctuations, capitals) as provided. We may split your message in multiple lines if needed.
- The default font size of 8-13 depending on number of the characters. The more letters provided the smaller font size. We may realign text on multiple lines if they cannot be fitted on single line.
- Message will not be edited once submission is made.
- Discount code is not compatible with the engraving service.
- Engraving is not included for the replacement device.
- By choosing the engraving service, you're agreed for us to open the device packaging for production.
- Variance may occur, we do not accept return or refund request. Engraving is more visible on dark colour devices.
- RELX NZ has the right to reject orders which contain unsuitable messages.
