Delivery Policy

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. Standard delivery is FREE for orders over $50 (including GST and all applicable promotional discounts). If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account. We will aim to courier your order to you within the following timeframes:
  • Auckland: Within 48 Hours
  • North Island: Up to 2 business days
  • South Island: Up to 3 business days
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 24hrs


We DO NOT accept international orders. All orders require a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order. Our Courier Drivers are required to verify that the recipient of our products is over 18 years of age
